Now just my ESA tribunal on the 15th December. Do I have to apply for any premiums on top of my ESA. I do not think I will get the severe disability premium as my son lives with me and is 19 years old and at college so he can not claim carers allowance.
I currently claim child tax credits, child benefit. Housing Benefit and most of my Council Tax.

You shouldn't have to, but it often helps to nudge the DWP if you think you are entitled to one. See
ESA Premiums
Don't assume that you are not eligible for SDP, you may not be, but let the DWP decide that, you lose nothing by asking.

The DWP are not going to appeal my PIP tribunal. I had a phone call from DWP about my PIP yesterday but missed it. I spoke to them today and they just needed to ask me a few questions and said I should have the back pay at the end of this week or the beginning off next week.
