After applying 6mths ago, I have just received a letter from dwp decision maker stating that i am not entitled and do not meet the criteria for pip payment. I cannot believe the scores they have given on the descriptors when I do have serious degenerative medical conditions. They state on the letter they have reached this decision, by my form and medical evidence i submitted AND also evidence from GP Report. I was so flabergasted I rang my GP today (who has supported me wholly with my esa claim) and he said he's never received or filled a form or has been requested any info from dwp regarding my application for pip.Why would they state that they have GP report when clearly they have not.I rang dwp this morning but have to wait as decision maker going to ring me within a week to discuss there findings.

I am sorry to hear this.
With regard to the GP's report, it might be worth your contacting the practice again, it is possible that another doctor at the practice has completed the request from your notes, something that your GP may not be aware of happening.
It's also possible that this is a standard letter and the comment about a GP report should have been deleted.
I know you have recently successfully completed an MR for your ESA claim, but if you have an questions of how to approach one for PIP, then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
