Hi k,
The qualifying criteria for DLA Mobility (Walking) has not changed.
Therefore, you should use the DLA Guides on this page :
DLA Guides
Remember to give as much detail as you would if it was a fresh DLA Claim, don't assume that The DWP will automatically take it that you have the same walking limitations and/or care needs as you did when your existing DLA awards were made.
Here is a link to The DLA Decision Makers Guide on DLA which make help further :
DM Guide DLA & AA
Good luck with the renewal and please keep us updated.

Hi k,
As you have received a DLA renewal form, and not an invitation to claim PIP, you will be assessed under the DLA qualifying criteria, and any subsequent award will be for DLA.
Therefore, consult the DLA Renewal Guides on the page from the link that I provided.

High rate mobility and middle rate care for an indefinite time.
Thanks to following your guides.
So Happy and a massive weight off my shoulders from worry,
Thank you
