I have to complete a PIP form....I am waiting to see pain clinic and Occupational therapy ,which means I won't have paperwork to send with the form. Can I send it to them later, when I receive it? Will this lessen my chances of getting PIP?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay, I was called away.

Welcome to Benefits and Work

If your forum name is also your real name, you may wish to change it to maintain some anonymity.

This can be done quite easily by following the instructions on this FAQ :

My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

You should ensure that The PIP2 "How your disability affects you" Questionnaire is returned by the deadline.

Therefore, you could add a letter stating that you are awaiting further evidence, and will forward it on, as soon as you have it.

Once you have the evidence send copies with a covering letter to The DWP PIP Decision Maker at the address of the PIP office, and to ATOS or Capita. {Dependent on the PIP Assessment Provider}

Sending Documents to the DWP, ATOS or Capita.
