I'm confused was created by cmarie510
I have just been sent the DLA form 1A Adult and this is for renewal. I'm not sure why I've got this form but I'm not going to question this, probably a mistake.
As my hands are cr*p for everything I was keen to find a online form. I went to gov.uk and found DLA but cannot find any forms.
Came here, perused the freq. ?s first and once again and via a helpful link i was back at the same page that I found earlier. Tried again to find the form.
Would someone just grab my head and point my nose at it?? I'm actually lost I realise.
Thanks for any help,
Cmarie

The DLA form will not be a mistake
Either you are not in an active PIP postcode, or if you are then your award is renewing within the 20 week lead time for a PIP claim and you are therefore not eligible for transfer at this time.
I am afraid there is no longer an adult DLA form available online that can be downloaded and completed, all I can suggest Is that you fill out your answer to each section on your computer and then hand write a reference from and to each section on the form, don't forget to include page number ("page x of y") and your full name and NIN on each page.
Updated DLA renewal guides are available on the following.

Thank you first, but sorry, I'll try again, I'm looking for the DLA form that I can fill in online/type in my responses and then of course "tick" by hand after I've finished the doc online. I need to type. Then my document will be legible.

ooooh! I think you mean I cannot fill in their form online, as in the case of ESA, but type my answers and paste/attach what I've typed?
Okay, that's a very good idea...
But, there is no document you can fill in online then for DLA?
Is that correct?
Time for you to go right?

There is no longer an electronic form that can be downloaded and completed on your PC for DLA, it was removed last April when PIP was introduced.
