I am representing someone tomorrow at a tribunal appeal who, despite severe mental health issues, was only awarded 4 points under 1b.
I intend to ask for points under d, e or f which would award him standard or even enhanced mobility rate.
I am aware of the alterations to the instructions issued by the DWP which state that these do not apply to mental health but will argue that this has not changed the original regulations.

Where can I get a copy of these amended instructions so that I can present them as evidence?

I wish you better luck than we had at out tribunal for the same reason. I think we put forward a very valid argument but the panel disagreed and I think were particularly swayed by the doctor's opinion. He seemed to think that support and needing someone there at all times equated to prompting! Good luck!
