PIP decision

Hi, i called capita two weeks ago to see if my forms were recived, they said that they were in a que and to call back after a week. I called back two weeks later which was today. And they said my forms were sent back yesterday to DWP and they did not need a assessment. As assesor made a decsion. Should i be worried? Or would it be on my favour? Thank you.

I am afraid that nothing can be read into the fact that Capita feel that they have enough paper information to make a recommendation on your entitlement to a PIP award without the need for a face to face "medical".

This has been happening more in recent times, and the PIP Assessors have been given guidance on where this should be done, most probably due to the huge backlogs.

Now that the PIP Assessment Report has been sent to The DWP PIP Decision Maker to make the final decision, you should contact the DWP PIP Helpline for an update.
