What will happen now scotland is getting sole charge of dla ,trials are supposed to start early 2015 in moving dla claimants to pip ,will this now go ahead

At the moment there have been no changes to the system, Scotland would first have to be given legislative control by Westminster, which has not happened yet and then they would need to make legislative changes for Scotland. I would be surprised if there are any changes of significance before the middle of next year.
