I know I am a bit ahead of the game BUT I wondered if you knew what would happen when an individuals PIP award is up for review? I have been awarded until November 2017. I have a degenerative condition so did actually think I would have had a longer review date. Do you know if we have to complete the whole PIP2 forms again and be reassesed, or will it be some other format? thank in advance.

As yours is a fixed term award you will need to re-apply for PIP before the current award ends, the DWP are currently sending renewal letters one year in advance of the current award ending, you will have to complete a new PIP2 in detail and probably will need to have a face to face assessment.
