Is there an intention to make available a PDF/electronic version of the PIP form so that you can fill it out using a computer rather than having to write everything out. Currently there is an electronic version of the DLA form which makes filling it out much easier if you have difficulty with using your hands because of e.g. arthritis?

The PIP2 form has a barcode unique to each claimant which is scanned when the documents are received back from the DWP, so I think it unlikely that the form will be made available online.
Also, for anybody reading this the Adult DLA forms are no longer online.
You can still produce the bulk of your answers in a computer generated document and attach it to the printed form, just make sure that you have clearly identified where the answers are by writing in reference in the relevant comments box.
