Any ideas?
3 formal complaint letters sent to Capita in reference to their appalling service, IE, last minute cancellations of face-to-face assessment, and no formal notification of a new appointment.
Each letter sent by recorded delivery, and I have proof of receipt (signature).
Letter one, Formal Complaint, outlining why I am not happy. 8 weeks later still no reply, despite phone call after phone call to chase up response.
Letter two, copy of letter one and further explanation letter outline no reply to letter one, and please respond or acknowledge my complaint is being dealt with by return. Guess what? no reply, letter signed for as per letter one.
Letter three. Copy of letter one and two, and a further letter making it clear that I will take this matter all the way through my MP and Duncan-Smith himself if necessary. Guess what, three weeks later no reply.
Phoned them up again, went through the same story again with guy said he had no idea who deals with complaints or even if they have a complaint department, where the hell do you go from there?
