We don't really advise on JSA, and do not really have in depth knowledge of it.
However, on the premise that you have entitlement to Contribution Based or Income Related JSA, there should be no reason why you cannot sign on and make a claim for JSA in the interim period before taking up the employment in Saudi.
To receive JSA, you will of course have to sign the Jobseeker's Agreement, and comply with all/any requirements, and to actively seek employment.
You could inform them that you are to take up employment in around 4 months time.
