Hi z,
If you wish to progress with your appeal, then you must now do so directly to The Tribunal Service, providing them with a copy of The MR Notice that was sent to you.
This is all covered in our :
PIP MR/Appeals Guidance .
See also :
Disability Rights UK Factsheet - Appeals and Mandatory Reconsiderations. &
Sending Documents to the DWP, ATOS or The TS You have to do this within one month of the date of the MR Notice.
You can approach :
The CAB, or
Age UK (For over 50 year olds) Further potential sources of advice can be found below :
Where to get advice Or try putting Welfare Rights/Advice for your Town/Postcode into Google.
If you can't gain professional representation, a friend, relative or carer can help and accompany you.
I can't tell you whether to appeal or not, but have you tried our :
PIP Self Test ?
If you mark yourself very miserly, this may give you some idea whether you should have received an award of PIP, and at what level.
