If you have a fixed term award then it will most likely be when your current DLA award ends, subject to you being in an active PIP postcode. See
www.gov.uk/government/publications/pip-postcode-map-uk If you have an indefinite award then it will be sometime after October this year, transfers will be done on a random basis, so it could actually be at anytime during the next 3-5 years.
