Hi m,
I have edited your post to lower case, as block capitals can cause problems to members who use screen readers.
Can you please write any future posts in lower case.
Welcome to Benefits and Work
What was the "ESA Form" ?
Was it the initial ESA 1 Form that you submit when making a totally fresh ESA Claim ?
Was it The ESA50 Questionnaire that you fill in and return to ATOS ?
Or was it an ESA 3 Financial Assessment Form ?
An example of an ESA 1 can be downloaded from : Here.
If it was an ESA 1, you may be able to obtain an update by ringing :
THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA.
If it was an ESA50 Questionnaire, it would have gone to ATOS, an example of an ESA50 can be seen : Here.
ATOS contact details are :
E-mail : This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Phone : 0113 230 9175. or 0800 2888 777
Here is a : Sample ESA 3 Form
Again, for this, you would ring :
THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA.
If it is an ESA50, was this a fresh claim, or are you being transferred over to ESA from IB, IS or SDA ?
If you can answer my questions, I may be able to offer more advice.

Hi m,
Thanks for the clarification.
There are huge backlogs with The ESA Assessment process.
As long as you are sure that ATOS received your ESA50 by the deadline date, the ball is firmly in their court.
Whether you will have to take part in a face to face assessment or not will depend on whether they consider that they have enough paper evidence to make a recommendation.
Once ATOS make recommendations in the form of a Medical Report, they will return your file to The DWP where The ESA Decision Maker will make the final decision and inform you.
You current payments will remain the same until a decision is made on your ESA transfer.
You might want to read our : Being transferred from incapacity benefit to employment and support allowance A 22 page guide to the transfer process.

Your DLA award will have no effect on your ESA transfer, nor should an ESA award have any effect on your DLA.
How long it may take for you to hear anything is an unknown, you could of course contact ATOS for updates.
