hi i have a letter confirming my pip award aug 13 to feb 16, but today i received a pip renewal/app form in the post and it states that it must be returned within 4 weeks, is it normal for these froms to be sent a full year in advance of the reward end date. many thanks for your help

Most PIP claims will be re-assessed a year in advance of the current award ending, given the current delays in the system it is actually to the advantage of the claimant (at least to some extent), however, the early assessment actually has nothing to do with this, it was always intended to operate this way, why, I don't know.
