DLA/PIP

Claimants with an indefinite award will not have been invited to claim PIP unless they were selected under the Right Payment Programme, we know of a couple on the forum, one is on-going and I am not sure whether we have heard the result of the other.

DLA claimants also have the right to start a PIP claim themselves, but only if they are in an active PIP postcode, I only know of one person to do that, they are not on this forum.

Finally, any DLA claimant in an active postcode who reports a Change of Circumstances will be invited to claim PIP, whatever type of award they have. A number of members have gone through the process with varying results.
