Improving the delivery of assessments

How many of you have got one of these [img size=1200x800]drive.google.com/file/d/0B1Kz7JKtgDz2UkE...TEk/view?usp=sharing[/img] strange to get one before even the decision has been notified to me more so since ATOS no longer do these (examinations) put in brackets as its not the Spanish inquisition, no-one expects that . Not filled mine in yet as how can i answer {how knowledgeable, or if they were help full, ect } till A. I have the decision B. I have seen a copy of report showing what they saw/considered/used in relation to coming to this decision. Hey Ho lets wait and see

You are under no obligation to fill in a "feedback questionnaire", however the ultimate decision will be yours to make.

Personally, if I received one, once that I was sure that it was not an official document that I "needed" to fill in, it would be going straight through the shredder !!

Yeah realise with regard to filling it in, strange both given that it was ATOS that re-examined me on friday 13th, Feb. (so wether they are trying to garner evidence to help an unfair dismissal claim) just curious to see how many of these they send out, would be interesting to find out. Still not heard my result yet, being diagnosed with severe COPD, in receipt of both IIDB, and a very small payment of ESCC ill health retirement pension there should be only one decision to come to. But will wait and see.
