Hi guys wondering about forms old DLAto new PIP

Hi guys wondering about forms old DLAto new PIP was created by Esy
Hi i was wondering if you could be able to advise. I received my re application pack in Dec for April completion. I am unsure though if these are the old forms i am about to fill in Brown DLA1A or the new one for the switchover to PIP. It was also to know so i know the guide to use, and if ill prob get another set of forms when the switchover to pip? I am in scotland so maybe another while if so, though unsure.

If you have received a DLA1A form then you are being re-assessed for DLA, if it was PIP you would not have received a form, but rather a letter inviting you to claim the new benefit.
The guides to use are at the top of the DLA section in the Members area.

Thanks Gordon, for your reply, i hopefully will be able to go fourth with the copies of my last renual stuff in 2010 cut and paste away, for some ease.
Ill check the guides and see if any change since 2010 then in the form descriptors etc.
