Yeah very good, just wondering if it is worth rocking the boat and putting in my ESA claim? I know what they can be like, any ideas?

We can't possibly advise you whether to make a claim for ESA or not, all I can suggest is that you have a look at the ESA Claim guide to see whether you think you would qualify or not and make a decision based on that, I would recommend that you mark yourself harshly. See

Hi r1962,

You could also take our : ESA Self-Test.

As Gordon has advised, be very strict in how you score yourself.
