thank you .i now have a letter from her neurologist explaininng about her epilelsy and the 50% ruling that seems to be the major issue and letter of support from senior support staff its so anoying having to explain all the time i also sent several pictures of my daughter injurys to her face bruises and crack to the skull just s few to mention to explain .need to send all the info this week so will keep you informed thanks again

You mention a "crack to the skull" has your daughter had any emergency treatment? If she has then you might be able to get copies of the medical records by contacting the hospital, it will help show that the dangers you are specifying in her submission are real and quantifiable.

I have now sent the appeal back with a letter from neurologist and support worker plus i copied 4 months of her epilepsy diary with all the fits she has had on it plus more photos of injurys being addmitted to hospital was several years ago with injurys and couldnt get them in ime but i explanied my self over again she still has several fits a week and is ill for days afterwards i just hope they read it and make a decision that a tribunal is not needed as there is alot of information and support i have sent now and there is nothing else to say about her epilepsy i have said it all thanks x

If the DWP do look at your claim again, I'm afraid that it may only be a day or two before any appeal hearing, so don't worry if you do not hear too much before then.
