You mention a "crack to the skull" has your daughter had any emergency treatment? If she has then you might be able to get copies of the medical records by contacting the hospital, it will help show that the dangers you are specifying in her submission are real and quantifiable.

If the DWP do look at your claim again, I'm afraid that it may only be a day or two before any appeal hearing, so don't worry if you do not hear too much before then.
