telephone call dwp

I was at a physio appointment this morning and came back to a message on my landline from DWP. The message stated they will call back in half an hour. It is now one hour later and I have to be at Doctors for an appointment. What do I do, and more to the point what do they want? I have no change of circumstances and get ESA and DLA.

Hi jj,

I am afraid that I have no idea whatsoever why the DWP would be telephoning you.

My best advice would be to ring them :

THE ESA PHONE NUMBER DWP : 0345 608 8545 Press Option 3 for ESA. (Open 8AM-6PM. Mon-Fri.)

Contact DLA.

If it is anything important, they will have to back the telephone call up with a letter.
