DLA to PIP Assessment

Finally I now have a date for my PIP Tribunal 19th October 2015. At least I have sent in my doctors letter to the Tribunal Services that DWP dismissed without allowing me to send to them before they made their decision and reconsideration. I am now getting all my paperwork in order and reading through B & W to make sure I am clear on everything so I go fully prepared. This site is fantastic and with such great support for all going through difficult times with DWP. I cannot Thank you enough. Will keep you posted on my outcome

Hi, just wanted to say a big thank you to B&W for all the help this site has given me when preparing my tribunal paperwork. I had my appeal hearing today and I won my appeal. I have been given enhanced rate mobility and standard rate daily living for the next 3 years. Along with guidance from your site and a supporting letter from my doctor and evidence presented to the tribunal panel they overturned the DWP decision. Once again thank you to everyone who runs this site and for all the hard work you put in to helping those of us that find the whole process daunting at the best of times.
