PIP AWARD & Carers allowance

Hi guys,

As you are aware I recently attended a DLA/PIP face to face and was awarded the high rates in both categories.

My wife who has been my main carer for sometime was in receipt of carers allowance under DLA but when she was checking our bank account no payment has been received.

I can only guess that she has to make a new claim under PIP for carers allowance, am I correct in thinking along those lines.
