One page of information is abour somebodies tests: bending over, ankle movements, pinch grips etc these did not happen at my assessment and are not relevant to my medical conditions. How do I proceed with DWP?
NO decision has been made on my case as of today.
Thank you

Hi p2015,
I am not sure whether you are stating that you feel that one page of your PA4 PIP Medical Report that you have obtained copy of is for another claimant ?
That being the case, you should contact DWP, as this could be a breech of The Data Protection Act 1998.
Regarding, the actual decision, I am afraid that you can't challenge that, if indeed you have to, until you have received a Decision Notice letter.

We are unclear how the DWP are dealing with this situation, by releasing the assessment report before the Decision is made they are inviting discussion by the claimant, however, there is no obvious route for the claimant to do this and it is uncertain whether the DWP would pay any attention to them doing so even if they did.
In answer to the specific point, your raising concerns about something that is not relevant to your conditions is of little value a this time, however, if there are points that could impact on your scoring points then these would be things to bring to the attention of the Decision Maker.
Finally there is the issue of whether anything that you send in will reach the DM before they do make the Decision.

Yes a whole page is about physical tests none of which I had at my assessment, but the assessor has used the results of these tests to justify her answers in the questions i.e as the claimant had a normal grip they would not need help or an aid to eat.
Not sure if i should just wait to receive decision but this would be based on information that is not relevant to me then go to MR or write now.
Hope thats made it clearer.

As I said there is no formal mechanism for your comments to be included in the process at this stage, but it will do no harm to your claim if you do write a letter.
