Deaf/blind

I would expect someone who is deaf and blind to score points for many of the Descriptors but particularly in the Communicating and Reading Descriptors.

We have had members who have been deaf or blind report success on the forum but I am not aware of anybody with both disabilities, however, this may simply down to the fact that they would likely need to have someone act on their behalf.
