I have a latest GP letter which supports the appeal and will be sending to the Tribunal but wasn't sure whether to send to DWP too.

Once your appeal is accepted by The Tribunal Service (TS) any submission or fresh evidence should be sent to The TS.
They will then provide copy to The DWP.
Send copies of any fresh evidence and keep originals, you can always take the original along to the hearing in case they request to see it.
