hi, in dec 2010 i had open heart sugery to replace 2 heart valves and patch another one but ever since my op i have gained weight and sweat from my head really bad which had knocked my confidence for 6, i only go out if i HAVE to, my money got stopped 3 yrs ago as i had zero points following a medical , i appealed and was put in the support group, same thing happend this yr i won appeal but im in the work related group for 2 years, now the woman who i see is making me do volentry work at the 2nd meeting, im petrified, is she right ? even though i dont think im ready just yet ??

The first thing to find out is whether the activity is being mandated, even if it is not mandatory then you can choose whether to do it or not, even if it is not mandatory and this needs to be stated in writing, then the advisor must take into account any limitations that result from your conditions and you should raise these issue with your advisor.
