Spinal fusion PIP claim

I am new to this site and have found it very useful in completing a claim. Has anyone had a successful PIP claim having had their whole spine fused?

There are most probably many of our members who have qualified for PIP Awards who suffer from Spinal problems, some may even suffer from the same problems as yourself, and they are most welcome to reply to your query.

However, you should be aware that even though two or more PIP Claimants may suffer with the same medical conditions it does not necessarily follow that they will receive the same PIP Awards.

PIP Claimants are assessed on how their "Disability affects Them", and it is not the actual medical conditions in itself that may or may not result in a PIP award, more over it's the limitations/disabilities suffered as a result of the medical conditions that may or may not result in an award.

Two or more different claimants with exactly the same medical conditions may suffer totally different limitations and levels of disability, hence they may receive different levels of points and different awards.
