atos pip report missing page

hi

just a general comment as i got my atos report to do my appeal and also someone i know did the same recently
we both noticed on both of our reports that page 4 is missing
i have asked atos to send me the missing page - not had anything yet

but just thought an odd coincidence - have others found this or is it just random that it happened to both of us

just thought i mention it in case there was any particular relevance

both of us got our atos reports directly from them separately from any dwp submissions (the assessment from the health care professional ) just thought it was odd that in both instances we had page 4 missing - the page numbers for both us of goes up to page 28 ( i think ) but there is no page 4

i have myself emailed atos directly and asked them to send me page 4 but that was 2 weeks ago and although they replied to acknowledge they would look into i have still had nothing
should i ask them if it is a blank page ? and maybe put in writing as well

Page 4 is also missing from my atos report too.

I wrote to the DWP the day after I received the atos report requesting page 4 and although that letter was sent about 7 weeks ago, I've not received a reply.

I did mention in my Appeal that I was having to submit same,without having the complete atos report to work from.

Now I have the Appeal Papers(which also includes the atos medical report without page 4) I will be writing to the Tribunal Service(HMCTS) and reminding them that I am having to proceed with an Appeal without the complete atos medical report and hoping that my appeal will not be prejudiced because of it.

It is strange how we've had the same issue with the numbering!
