I personally do not see any harm in your including which Descriptor you believe you meet in your PIP2 form, although you should be aware that not everyone agrees with this, the thing you need to be particularly careful of if you do, is that you have actually shown that you meet all of the criteria for that Descriptor. For example. if the Descriptor has four elements and you only address three in your response, then it is unlikely that you will score the points.
For this reason, I would say that you need to break down the time spent managing treatments as the Descriptors take into account the total time you spend doing this each week.
