Hi Just a warning , I was over paid by Dla and now I'm on pip lowest rates
I got a phone call saying basically that the government changed the repayment rules and now the recovery rate is more than 50% of my pip money
,so out of £76 they will take £50 I can and have objected but I have to send in taxi receipts gas receipts etc. to show it would badly effect my income And that the money is being used as its suppose to .
has any one else had this happen to them ,the lady said and I quote " our hands are tied on this we have no discretion on the subject
