Hi all, Still trying to get to grips with wife's PIP decision. WE are considering to appeal against the decision which is clearly flawed in the 'planning and following journeys' section. Question is....should we wait and get the full HCP's report so as to ascertain what was said which was clearly against what was said at both the F2F and the pip application form and supporting evidence ? Time is of the essence as we got the decision notice this Monday but only got on the Friday so already 4 days into the month deadline with little chance of getting any additional information from consultants/doctors Also could we quote the previous HCP/decisions makers decision as to her condition which has not either improved or worsened!
Hi You can submit the request for MR and state that further evidence is to follow once you receive the full explanation and paperwork from them. This puts you in the queue.
