When to get the HCP's report? was created by fastmoggy
When is the best time to get the full report from the HCP following a PIP F2F assessment?
Perhaps a daft question but as we are considering a MR appeal. Not 100% sure as to what im required to say when requesting the MR apart from what we disagree with. The HCP's report will provide better insight as to why were appealing or would we just use that at the tribunal appeals stage which would be crucial.

The best time to get the report is as soon as possible.

However not having it doesn't need to hold up registering your request for MR.

You can say what you are asking for ie. Nil points awarded for x but you say that further evidence is to follow once you receive the paperwork from them.
