PIP - wriiting descriptors on your form?

Good morning,
I have seen elsewhere that it's a good idea to write which descriptors you say you qualify for at the beginning of each PIP question.
I am not sure about this as it feels like you are telling DWP how to do there job (which yes I know they need telling, but still...), I would not want to get there backs up, as we have enough trouble with them anyway.
Is this correct or not please?
Thanking you in advance

It's up to you and there is no harm in your doing so, but make sure that you understand the Descriptors fully before doing so and cover each of the elements in your response.
