Tribunal award was created by Claire
Hi
My daughter has received notification that at appeal she has been awarded standard rate care.
But we do not know what happens now! Can anyone advise?
Many thanks...

You will receive a letter from DWP in due course notifying you how benefit will be paid into the bank account you nominated. It should include a payment of backdated benefit from when she first claimed.
If you are unhappy with the award you can take it to an upper level tribunal but this is generally on a point of law and not just because you don't agree with the decision.
Legal aid can be granted for this level appeal.
