Best way to return PIP Form ? was created by Salford Silver Surfer
Should I just Post or get Cert' 0f Posting - or send Recorded delivery . Got to be in by 27th this Month , will sending bt recorded delivery delay it?

Hi bro,

It is probably best to get recorded delivery, a certificate of posting would be the very least we advise. Recorded delivery is usually delivered quite promptly.
