when you have a assessment do they write a report of points they think you got or just a report of what they observed

Hi l,

The PIP Assessor will make written recommendations paying regards to their observations and tests at the face to face and any evidence provided by the claimant.

They then go on to make recommendations by ticking boxes of the descriptors that they feel apply to the claimant.
