dla changing lower car to middle or higher

Long story short my mum dad both got dla mum higher car high mobility dad low care high mobility been like that for 6 years I was carer for mum but cared for dad also I attended a carers support group which was local around the time I become there carer and have forms still that stated I care for both my mum and dad even though I claim carers for just just mum fast forward to this year mum died and I applyed to care for dad believe me when I say he needed more caring then mum only now I relised it ie he blamed mum for things that went wrong ie missed appointments taking tablets wrong if he fell he said she put something in way ect ect I believed him until mum died I noticed he would fall now say I left something on floor but there was nothing there this is just a minor example so I applied to care for dad since my carer allowance stoped for mum it got refused as his on lower care he comes in the over 65 band and has indefenate dla but now I have change his circumstances and am scared the possibility of him losing it altogether. I no if i tell truth Ill have no problems and a million per sent the man needs care in more ways then I decribed above but I no even the truth don't help when it comes to dwp designs. What would one advise me to do apply for change of circumstances or apply for a social worker to help da Dailey if that's allowed any advise would be so helpful

It sounds like you know what you have to do.

Use the guides and help on here. It may take an appeal but if you follow the guide for claiming and get the evidence you should be OK. Take your dad to his GP and enlist the GPs help. Sounds like your dad needs to see someone about the falling over anyway.
