In the PIP files you have included sample diaries. Are some people submitting these alongside their claim form?

If you do submit a diary, how many days worth would you recommend including?
thanks

I would assume that some of our members are using these as evidence to submit with their PIP2 forms,

In general I would provide as many diary days as you can. If you have a variable condition, then as a minimum you should try and cover two cycles of your condition changing, so as an example; if your condition cycles over a period of a week then include at least two weeks diary to show that the cycle is repetitive.

If the cycle is longer then you will have to provide what you can.
