There is a part on my last ESA award letter that says "Your case is due to come up for review on 02/08/2015. We may contact you after that date and you may be asked to fill in another questionnaire or be called for a medical assessment..."
Obviously that date has now been & gone & I've not heard anything from them. I'm not concerned because I'm still receiving my payments but am curious as to when I will be asked to reapply. Is there any pattern or way or knowing or is it random?

No, you have no need to worry, nor do you have to do anything to instigate your reassessment.
Your payments for your current award will continue until you are reassessed, whenever that may be.
