I am so glad I joined and took heed of your advice when I had to apply for PIP! It was worth it!

After a 'medical' interview 3 weeks ago, today the dreaded brown envelope arrived. Upon reading it, I burst into tears of relief! I have been awarded HIGH rate for both daily living and mobility until the end of 2021 - YAY!

I can't believe how much stress I have felt through the whole process, but I guess the bursting into tears betrayed how profoundly I had been affected.

Now I can face the next 6 years with a lot less pressure, looking forward with focus and feeling somewhat secure! Your guides were invaluable and helped me concentrate on how to explain to the DWP how my disabilities affect me. I am so relieved I can retain my independence and it is very much due to the sensible and clear points you provided. I probably could not have done it without you.
