I am not sure if you can offer assistance this, this site has been invaluable to me with my dealings with the DWP.

However this is a little different, my 88yr old father has suffered two strokes and is in hospital, unfortunately he will not recover sufficiently to return home, so he will need to go into a home and we now have to fill out the forms and he has to be assessed to see if he requires nursing care.

If we are successful that care it is all paid for if not, and apparently when anyone is successful the nurses celibrate, if not then my mother will have to pay and they have limited savings.

AS i said i am not sure that this falls within the remit of this site, but should anyone have any knowledge i would be grateful

I'm afraid that this is not an area that we deal with on the forum, the internet search on the following link may provide additional information and contact points for you
