Its the time for my esa 50 form to be filled in again and im panicking again. At the moment im in the support group for esa and receive low rate disability and mobility . Im considering paying for one of these fixed fee solicitors and I wonder if anyone has any advice if this is a good Idea ? I live near Southend essex and would be very grateful if anyone knows how much it costs ? or would it be better to fill in the form with advice from this site and wait until I get the Dwp decision then use a solicitor ?. Any reliable solicitors that would do this service by post maybe ?
All advice greatly received and thanks

There is absolutely no value in you using a solicitor to complete your ESA50, this is not an area that they will have any experience of, this is not about the specifics of the law but explaining your limitations in regard the 19 ESA activities.
If you need assistance, then do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
Even if you have someone help you I would still recommend that you have a look at our ESA Claim guide to make sure the form is being completed in the best way possible, this is your claim and the only person who will suffer if it is not is you.
