Hi all been looking through many posts on here, can I ask H-Question say if the DWP says your fit for work and need to sign up to Job+ centre, but the job centre says your unfit for work ! What would happen next?

If you are found Fit for Work by the DWP then you are and the JC+ cannot refuse a claim for JSA unless you make your Job Search agreement too unreasonable or fail to complete your obligations.

It is technically possible to be too ill for JSA and not ill enough for ESA.
