Do capital send in the score and report to DWP what they thought of you at the time of you're medical ? or do DWP give you a score when they read you're claim and report from capital

Hi l.

Capita (or ATOS) fill out a PA4 medical Report making "recommendations" of what PIP Descriptors (points) they consider you to qualify under.

This is then sent to The DWP PIP DM who makes the final decision.

The DM can either agree with the recommendations, or make their own awards.
