Hi

I believe my PIP claim has been with Case Manager for close to 3 weeks after been told they had enough evidence. However, as my carer is not available at present to phone them on my behalf I was curious if there was another way of contacting DWP, perhaps email?

I don't think it is possible to contact DWP by email - but I'm sure one of the other Mods will correct me if I am mistaken!

There are no publicly available email addresses available for the DWP, they do use an email system but only in very limited circumstances, it is considered to be insecure as anybody can set up a suitably named email address.
