Have you made a submission for the appeal or simply completed the request form (SSCS1)?

If you have not made a submission then it is likely that the court is asking whether you intend to, these normally have to be submitted within one month of your receiving the DWP's appeal documents.

If you do not believe that the assessment report is correct then you need to explain why, but do by first explain why you meet the criteria and then what is wrong with the report.

It depends on how long the queue is in your area, you can always ring the Clerk Of The Court for an estimate.
