Has anyone who was 64 when PIPS was invented, applied for PIPS over the age of 64 and been successful. I have been waiting two years now to be sent an application form.

If you have an indefinite award then you will be invited to claim PIP at some time over the next 2-3 years.
If you have a fixed term award then it will most likely be about 20 weeks before it expires although it may be sooner if your award extends beyond the completion of the transfer.
