Hi,
Welcome to Benefits and Work
If your forum name is also your real name, you may wish to change it to maintain some anonymity.
This can be done quite easily by following the instructions in this FAQ :
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
It is not the medical condition itself that "awards points" it's the limitations that you suffer as a result of your medical condition.
We might be able to help further if you at least told us what benefit the face to face assessment was for, ESA, PIP, AA ??
You can do so by replying to this topic.

Hi,
Now that you have stipulated that it is a PIP Assessment, see the following :
How The PIP Points Scoring System Works.
PIP Self Test
&
PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link down the page)
So you score the points by proving that the limitations that you suffer due to your PTSD fulfil the relevant appropriate scoring Descriptors for the PIP Activities that apply to you.
